Hey Folks,

As a second turntable (already have a Stanton ST.150) I plan to purchase a Reloop RP-8000 Turntable and use it in both LINE / PHONO mode depending on my usage. While there is no Ground connector or Ground Lift Switch on the back, I would like to know if it's still quiet in both mode ?

My Stanton ST.150 do feature a Ground Lift Swith and in PHONO mode it's "dead" silent. With the needle up and tonearm secured / clipped on his stand, the noise level I get while recording "nothing" (using Goldwave) is at -67db... which is pretty good in my opinion...

If you own an RP-8000, are you satisfied ? It is quiet and does it sound good in both LINE / PHONO mode ? What about the overall build quality ? Is it solid or break easily ?

I really like the look of the RP-8000 and would like to play with the Midi interface for my personnal mixes... so your comments are welcome !

Thanks !
