Driver signature unauthorized by windows

Hi there,

I got a problem with the RMX 90 DVS driver. I install it normally, and then when i plug the mixer on my computer, it tells me that the driver signature isn't recognized (or authorized) by windows. The only way for me to use my mixer is to switch off secure boot option in the BIOS (which i don't like so much) or to boot my PC with the "enable unauthorized driver to install" option switched on. To sum up, the installation works but windows doesn't want to run the driver without the option above.
Is there a way to make it work without unactivating windows security?

Hi

I'm having the same problem with my laptop is your laptop 64bit or 32bit ? I had a 32bit and it worked fine but was slow running serato as it was an old laptop, so I bought a new one with really good SPEC and I thought I would get a 64bit as It will run quicker but the problem with that is it won't run the current driver that reloop are supplying the only way to get it to work is to disable signature every time the laptop reboots which is a nightmare.
Reloop needs to reckon this and get a 64bit driver upload a.s.a.p I'm going to bring this to there attention tomorrow could you do the same, the more reports the sooner they will act if you want to keep in touch my email is dwbodyrepairs@gmail.com cheers Andy

Hi Guys,

thanks for your reports - Microsoft has made changes in their Signature procedure.

we are already in touch with our ASIO driver vendor and they will roll out updates very soon to implement this.

Once we have the update, we will notify you here and upload them to the RMX-90 product page.

Para ... ¿cuando Reloop va a sacar la página traducida al Español?

Tengo problemas porque windows no reconoce el driver de Reloop porque no está firmado digitalmente.
Por favor, necesito saber cuando van a solucionar el problema para poder empezar a utlilizar mi RMX 90 DVS

I too am having issues with the driver. At least I assume it's the driver.  My Windows 7 pro laptop is not seeing the RMX-90.

I tried once again to connect the mixer to my PC, still no result. I've installed the last driver (update 2) but it doesn't change anything, Serato doesn't reconise it.
Hopefully it's not my main mixer but I want it to work, as long as i paid for it. It has been a long time since I have this issue, it's time to solve it now.
