Jog Wheels not working

Okay everything was working fine then out of the blue my jog wheels do not work in vinyl mode like they always have. I move them they speed up or down the songs but will no longer work in vinyl /scratch mode. Is there a way to rest the controller? Everything else works fine seems odd to just go out

Your unit needs to be sent away for repair.    I've had the same issue with my TM8 and now my Mixon 4.  This seems to be a common issue and I wish that reloop would address it.  If I had to guess I'd say that reloop never really tested these things with rigor.   I have other controllers that haven't given me any issues so I know its something with reloop.  Some people will get along just fine, but once you start using the jog wheels for scratching or whatever they fail.  These units aren't designed for the the rigors of turntable type dejaying.   Oh yeah.  I had to create another ID because my first logon keeps giving me errors.

damn, that really nuckelt, just got mine after months of research to see what would best suit me when i got my tax return, i get this thing and its a nightmare, from the buzzing to the horrible jogs, i used to rip hip hop sets to shreds with the original Beatpad 1 so just ASSUMED LOL (you know what they say about assumptions lol) this would be the best fit, i get it home and discover a little trouble with the jogs, i figured just a temp issue, did the firmware updates and apple updates, then i did my research, i did a little research before but it must have been in all the wrong places lol, any boxed it back up the same day, nuckelt is that i have to wait weeks and weeks to get the return all straightened out, probably go with the roll land five oh five, and just pray i can map it with djay windows, nuckelt man, i may even go back and search the reloop one used.

hello does not depend on the mixon 4 but it depends on the update you made all'ipad what version you have ........ with the latest version I'm having the same problem too ........ I have already written to algoriddim to solve the problem .... you have to update app djay 2 and djay pro ....... already happened in the past then they did update and everything came back as before
