Hi

My Mixage IE developed a fault recently, and the left headphone channel began crackling and distorting (i thought it was headphones, so bought new ones only to discover the same problem!).

Anyway, bought myself a mint condition DJ2 IE to replace it.

Headphones work fine now, by the way.

However, after a bit of messing around with it last night, most things seem to work as they should - except neither shift button light illuminate?  From what I can tell, holding down the shift button will activate the alternative feature on the controller, but the buttons just don't light up?

I thought it might be a firmware issue, so I tried upgrading, but holding down the shift button and powering up doesn't show the controller as a new drive in windows explorer?

Any help please?

Forgot to say, I'm currently using the latest ASIO driver (v1.22 is it?) that is found on this websites download tab on the page for Digital Jockey 2 IE.

The Traktor pro software is the latest version.

In FW 2.7 % 3.3 there is NO Shift Look.  The Button will not light up !  It is only on Hold . (And so there is no need for LED ...)

I think you can not check this. The Jockey 2 is too old for this feature.  Only try an error...
