Hi,

For some time I face a strange problem. From time to time when I play the party my songs skip every couple of seconds. I can see on the screen the wave stops for a very short while, resulting in skipping the track. RAM / processor is definately not overloaded. The files are definately in good condition - that's not a problem of files as they normally play using other software than Serato. I also changed USB - no change. I rather expect the controller to be a source of the problem, as when I disconnect it and Serato goes into basic "one deck" option, there is no more skipping/freezing problem. I have already re-installed Serato and re-scan all the tracks, but no result. Any help/advice?

I have a similar issue, see my recently added post.Question for you? did you do the most recent MAC update on 10.12? because I did and then started noticing this issue.

Yes, I have all Mac updates and I agree that some time ago, with the same software and hardware I did not have this problem.

Please check your Latency / Samples at Serato. Set ist to 256 / 512 Samples and check.
Set Audio / Midi Setup to 44.1 KHz.

I am having the exact same problem as Maken since I updated my OS to 10.12.5. The tracks slightly jump when playing. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. Now I don't trust my TM2 to play at gigs. This doesn't happen when I use my turntables and Serato DJ so it is something with the TM2. I have the most current firmware and most current version of Serato DJ. I even went back to my old version of Serato DJ and the same thing happens when I use the TM2. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated. Otherwise I'm going to have to buy another controller.

This was also a start of my problem... System update. However, I finally managed to update the controller firmware to the latest version (through Windows system, I could not make it through Mac) and at home when tested, works good. But I will see at the party. Before it also worked at home, but skipped while playing the sound system.
